These paper tree cones seem to be one of the hottest trends this holiday season. I wanted to share my quick and easy paper tree cones that I used as a centerpiece on my dining room table.
Supplies Needed
- Cardstock paper 12×12 or poster board in white
- clear tape
- tissue paper
- Transparent Wrap with pattern (used in covering baskets or flower arrangements)
Directions
- Simply print and cut out template of your choice, I found this template on Martha Stewart’s website. click here: tree cone template
- once your tree cone is rolled to the perfect tree shape simply attach ends with tape
- You can cut your transparent wrap to the pattern. Or you can use a longer piece and layer your wrapping which is what I did
- Attach using clear tape
I placed my trees on a silver tray I had lying around and then filled around the trees with stuffing material used in stuffed animals. It’s easy to use and looks like fluffy snow.
I think it looks magical on my dining table and so easy. Already thinking of where else I can add more trees!!
